Anxiety disorders are increasing, & it seems a very recent thing. Anxiety disorders can be paired with panic disorders, which also includes panic and anxiety attacks. They are all the same & can be regarded as one simple problem.
Is there a reason that these attacks are much more common these days? There probably is & I’m sure science can explain it away in a thousand different ways. Whatever the underlying factors, it doesn’t make them any less important or worrying to the sufferers.
There are a lot of symptoms to these disorders & you might not even be aware of it but you might be suffering or on the verge of being a sufferer. We aren’t born as victims to panic disorders but they start somewhere & more often than not very suddenly. There are anxiety symptoms tests you can take to give yourself a clearer idea whether you might be a sufferer.
Usually a simple anxiety symptoms test will be a series of tick boxes that you either answer yes or no. At the end you can read the advice on how to interpret your score. You can then make a decision as to whether to seek further assistance or to take direct action yourself to halt these attacks.
You may find a couple of the anxiety symptoms test questions to be a bit simple. Nevertheless they aren’t, they are in there for a purpose. It all hangs on which particular question you tick. You may tick 2 or 3 unimportant questions but then again you may tick only 1 very important one.
Take the question “Do you frequently feel irritated”, well don’t we all frequently feel irritated? But if you answered yes to having a raging heartbeat & shallow breath then that could be a big danger sign. If you think there’s even a slight chance you are suffering an anxiety or panic disorder test yourself now.
You may even be relieved to learn that this is what’s been bothering you for a while. If you are a sufferer, rest assured there is help at hand. Anxiety attacks can be beaten in several ways.
When my wife was struck with a panic attack (while driving our car of all places!) we eventually turned to a system called PanicAway. It worked for her after countless other “treatments” had no effect at all.
