You can increase your success rate of recruitment and sponsoring ratio be polishing your people skills. It is very important to know how to talk to people in MLM/ Network Marketing and Sales business.

With the internet, you can reach out to more people easily and faster, but this does not mean you don’t have to bother about building relationship with the person at the other side of the computer.

(1) Remember people’s names correctly. You have to remember your prospect name correctly, this is basic courtesy. Is is also rude to call a new friend or prospect by a wrong name at the first meeting.

When you are interacting in a party, a good way to remember names is to repeat their name at least twice. After they introduce themselves, repeat it once and ask them how they spell it. You will also increase your chances of remembering their name if you associate their name with their look.

(2) Give a good firm handshake. Giving a limp handshake may signal your lack of confidence. A handshake that is too hard may put the prospect off and give them the signal that you are very aggressive. Even if you are shy or aggressive, you can hide it with a goof solid handshake.

(3) Look into their eyes. Give a good moment of glance at them to show your sincerity. Never look away quickly as you may send the signal that they are unimportant or you are afraid.

(4) Relate to their job by asking relevant questions about their jobs. This makes them feel that they are important. It helps to know more about different jobs so you can ask right questions about their jobs.

Knowing these tips can really help you improve your connection with strangers and build a connection with them. It makes things easier for you once the relationship is formed. They may be your next star producer or customer of your MLM/ Network Marketing business.
