You could also try squatting over the stool, instead of sitting on it. On some toilets this may be hard but you can practice this till you can maintain this position.

As a hemorrhoid remedy, simply taking a warm bath is one of the best. Sitting in the tub relieves the pain and is soothing to your hemorrhoid. Using a cushion will further be a comfort and help take away some of the hemorrhoid pain. For this to be truly effective you will need to repeat this a few times a day.

You may also benefit from using ice as a hemorrhoid remedy. It first numbs the hemorrhoid and stops the pain temporarily and it also will slow blood flow which will minimize your hemorrhoids.

These remedies are meant as temporary solutions to your problem, you will still need to find a permanent solution to hemorrhoid.
