If you’ve been looking around for an acne cure that works, I hope you realize that only an acne prevention diet will work. That’s because it’s the only thing that will address the true cause of acne.

What’s involved in the acne prevention diet? Some changes, big for some and small for other. But after you’ve done it, you’re skin will look amazing and you’ll never want to eat bad foods again.

No, seriously, your body will physically not want to eat anything bad for you and you’ll feel it every time you go out shopping.

So what foods do we want to get rid of? Milk is the first to go. There are just so many steroid and antibiotics in cows these days that our bodies get overloaded and can’t deal with them all.

On top of that, milk is made to turn a baby calf into a full sized cow in a matter of weeks. Our bodies just aren’t equipped to handle it.

Vegetable oil AKA cooking oil is most definitely out. When ingested, this gets turned into pro-inflammatory hormones. These hormones cause breakouts. So that leaves us with just one more.

Any refined carbohydrates like white bread, pasta, white rice are all bad. Starches help candida, a bad bacteria, grow and get into our blood streams. Once that happens, it releases toxins that also cause breakouts. All of this really begins to take a toll on our skin!

So what are we allowed to eat? What foods do we want to eat more of? Check out part 2 and find the best acne prevention diet and the tips that will clear you.
