It is important to remember that acne is a problem that everyone will face in their lifetime. Do not feel like you’re the only one who is facing this problem. Acne can be extremely difficult to get rid of, but there is one cure that is actually better than any other cure on the market. This cure would be the lack of ever getting acne in the first place. Yes, prevention is the best key to keeping your face acne free.

Another very important, or vital key in keeping yourself free from acne is to use the correct medication, or the correct soaps for your particular needs. You do not want to use soaps that are too oily, but at the same time you do not want to use a soap that will dry your skin. Many people feel that the harder they scrub their face, the cleaner it gets. However this is not true

Scrubbing and rubbing your face may actually help push dirt and bacteria into your skin only making your acne problem worse than it already was. A dermatologist will be the best person to prescribe you a medication to help you on your way to getting acne free.
