Okay, so you finally managed to find and get a Wii. You’ve had some fun playing Wii Sports and other games, but you have one question nagging you. What remote accessories should I get for my Wii?

One of the first accessories you should get is a Wii Wheel. The wheels for the Wii Remote are awesome. The Wii remote already functions as a steering wheel my moving it side to side. So, adding the steering wheel accessory helps to add a more authentic feel to any of the awesome Wii racing games.

Wii Battery chargers are definitely a must have. You probably already know that since you’re using up AA batteries like you own stock in them. The wireless capabilities of the Wii remote are nice, but they do use up the battery juices quickly.

Rechargeable battery packs are for sale for the Wii. They allow you to continue to recharge the remotes when they aren’t being used, allowing you to have a fresh battery whenever you do want to play your Wii. Be sure to check out some reviews about the chargers, because not all of the ones sold are great.

Wii Boxing gloves are a great addition to a party where Wii is being played. The Wii remote and nunchuk fit nicely into the gloves. Just put the gloves on, and go to town. You can be the next Rocky or George Foreman.

Star Wars fans are going to love this. Lightsabres are here for the Wii! Live out the fantasy you’ve had about using a lightsabre ever since you first saw Star Wars. Now you can use the force, right at home for the Wii! Choose between the most real looking ones, or cheaper looking ones that are still pretty fun.

Wii Guns obviously have to be mentioned on a Wii accessories article. Many of the top games for the Wii are shooting games including Call of Duty, Resident Evil, etc. You’re also not very limited to the kind of gun you can buy for the Wii. There’s magnums, crossbows, pistols, shot guns, etc…
