White tea derives its name from the silver fuzz that still covers the buds, which turns white when the tea is dried. Now modern science is discovering the full potential of the mysterious white tea. White tea is the least processed tea making it the most natural blend of tea. So let’s get to the interesting part with the benefits of white tea:

White tea helps inhibit cancer cells by using a class of antioxidants that can detect and stop cancer cells as well as prevent new ones from forming. Whilst it is just an alternative medicine, it has been found to be helpful in preventing various forms of cancer.

It makes your bones stronger. Studies have shown that people who drink white tea have a higher bone density and strength then non-drinkers, thus helping to fight against and prevent from osteoporosis’s and arthritis.

It reduces blood pressure levels due to its ability to thin the blood and create a favorable environment for blood circulation. This is one of the differences it has between green tea which can not aid in blood pressure regulation.

It creates a favorable environment for reducing cholesterol levels. This is done through a class of antioxidants called catechins which naturally reduce cholesterol levels. Cholesterol is something that is necessary for good health, however having it in large amounts can be a cause of diseases. White tea keep it in just the perfect amount.

Expect a healthier heart by drinking white tea. It does this in conjunction with its benefit to reducing blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Recent research undertaken indicates that it can prevent strokes as well as reduce the chance of having a heart attack.

It makes your skin look brighter. It does this by reversing damage done to it by the sun and poor diet. Antioxidants responsible for killing free radicals in the skin are contained in white tea. This helps reduce wrinkling as well as combat aging.

To conclude, White tea has many more benefits that would take more than a few hundred words to write.
