Oprah Winfrey is famous for many reasons and well known by millions, but she is often copied, many times misquoted. Many people are claiming that Oprah gave out a special acai diet on her show. So is there a specific diet call Oprah’s Acai berry diet? She did give a great deal of praise for the nutritious value of the acai berry and that is for sure.

Dr. Perricone and Dr.Oz both have been on her show several times, and both are well respected physicians in the healt arena. Both of them claim it to be a number one superfood. The acai berry whether in powder, juice or supplement is a superior addition to most diets.

According to Oprah she loves the taste of the acai berry which makes it easy on the palate. The flavor which is a cross between red wine and chocolate does sound tempting. It is definitely a plus for dieters that there are many products available with new flavors being developed all the time.

Weight issues are certainly not new, and many people struggle through one diet to another. Acai berry products are a great boom to losing weight. Eating healthy foods has to be part of a daily routine. Eating a lot of fruits and vegetables makes good sense for general health, well being and shedding pounds.

Oprah can continue to enjoy all the acai berry products with the knowledge that she will have energy and feel good. It is call Oprah’s acai berry diet, even if it is not truly so. People are comfortable with the knowledge that Oprah loves the acai berry.
