Yes if you drink plenty of water you will feel full more often and will eat a lot less which means weight loss. A good plan is to drink a glass of water before a meal and after. Meaning you will eat less and feel full after you have eaten so you dont need to snack after dinner.
It will probably surprise you to know that a large reason for the majority of people being overweight is because they aren’t drinking enough water. This is because your body goes into survival mode and stores all the water up, but if you just start drinking enough water your body can flush all the old water away causing you to lose weight.
Many people don’t know that just drinking plenty of water will cause them to lose weight.
You will be happy to know that aswell as helping you to lose weight, drinking lots of water will help you to look better and feel better. This is because water will help repair the skin and help you to look fresh and young.
